Salted Egg Yolk Sauce Recipe

Separate the yolks from the salted duck eggs.
Steam the egg yolks for about 8-10 minutes until cooked.
Mash the Egg Yolks:

Once steamed, mash the egg yolks into a fine crumble using a fork or a potato masher.

Drizzle sesame oil into the sauce for a rich flavor. Mix well.
Garnish and Serve:

Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro for added freshness and color.
